The chalet is also habitable in winter, but can only be accessed by snowshoes or ski skins (park your car approx. 400 m from the chalet). Please note that, depending on snow conditions, there is a risk of avalanche in the valley and the road may be closed. However, the chalet and access road are safe.
Winter sports opportunities are excellent. The cross-country ski trail passes 500 meters from the chalet. The snow-covered Sertig road is ideal for sledging, and there are plenty of walking trails.
The ski resorts in Davos (Parsenn, Jakobshorn, etc.) are extensive and can be used even when there's no snow. From the Jakobshorn, conditions permitting, an "off-piste" takes you directly to the chalet. High-altitude hikes can be undertaken directly from the chalet.

Our chalet is fully equipped (electricity, water from our own source, heating in every room) and furnished in a practical family style. It features a large living room with a fireplace and an old stone oven. The three bedrooms can accommodate 7 people. A small shower is available. Access to the bedrooms is via the central corridor, which also serves as a well-equipped kitchen (3 hotplates, electric oven, fridge, double sink). In addition to the bedrooms, there's a terrace, a cellar and all the natural surroundings.
